What your tasks are:
- As a field operator, you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth operation of our automated systems. Your responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and ensure automations and software run smoothly
- Proactively identify and resolve errors in new automations and software
- Support various software by answering questions and investigating issues/bugs
- Clean automation equipment and perform stock checks after production
- Work with AMRs and other automated systems
Working hours:
- Morning shift: starts at 5:15, 6:00, or 7:00
- Afternoon shift: starts between 14:30 and 15:30
- Night shift: starts between 21:00 and 22:30 (depending on the department)
- Working days: the company operates 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
What we expect from you:
- The ability to work three shifts
- English communication skills
- A basic understanding of IT (systematic thinking required)
- A proactive mentality and a willingness to take the initiative
- Being comfortable with a lot of walking
- An intrinsic desire to learn and grow
