Picnic<\/strong> is an online supermarket and one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. The idea is simple: customers order their groceries online at the lowest prices with free delivery. Customers select their items in the app, and Picnic delivers them at a time that suits your schedule. They use electric vehicles and provide friendly service to their customers.<\/p>\n

Your role as an Order Picker:<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an Order Picker at Picnic, you\u2019re the hero behind every successful delivery! Your mission? Make sure hundreds of customers get their groceries fresh and on time. Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n

  • Pick & pack like a pro -<\/strong> Collect and pack products from coffee beans to water bottles using a pick cart and scanner. You'll easily walk up to 20.000 steps a day.<\/li>\n
  • Work across different departments:<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Ambient area\u00a0for\u00a0room-temperature\u00a0products<\/li>\n
  • Chilled area\u00a0(2-4\u00b0C)\u00a0for\u00a0chilled\u00a0items\u00a0like\u00a0milk\u00a0and\u00a0yogurt\u00a0(don\u2019t\u00a0worry,\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0keep\u00a0you\u00a0warm\u00a0with a\u00a0jacket\u00a0and\u00a0gloves!)<\/li>\n
  • Freezer area\u00a0involves\u00a0occasional\u00a0picking\u00a0of\u00a0frozen\u00a0items\u00a0at\u00a0temperatures\u00a0between\u00a0-18\u00b0C and -24\u00b0C.\u00a0This\u00a0is\u00a0only\u00a0a small part of the\u00a0assortment, but\u00a0everyone\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0prepared\u00a0to work\u00a0there\u00a0when\u00a0needed.\u00a0Tasks\u00a0include\u00a0using\u00a0a order\u00a0picking\u00a0cart\u00a0and\u00a0handling\u00a0dry\u00a0ice\u00a0(protective\u00a0gear\u00a0provided).\u00a0Each\u00a0employee\u00a0receives\u00a0an\u00a0additional\u00a030-minute\u00a0paid\u00a0break\u00a0(no\u00a0allowance) for\u00a0freezer\u00a0work.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n

    Work schedule: <\/strong>
    \nAt Picnic,\u00a0there\u00a0are\u00a0two\u00a0shifts:<\/p>\n

    • 06:00\u201315:00 - morning shift<\/li>\n
    • 15:00\u201300:00 - afternoon shift<\/li>\n
    • You are available for at least 5 days per week, one of which must be a weekend day, since\u00a0the warehouse\u00a0operates\u00a07 days a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      To succeed in this job, you should be: <\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Salary: \u20ac14,99 gross\/hour<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n
        • Weekly payments to your account<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Accommodation in accordance with SNF standards (max. 2 people per room)<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Additional housing allowance of \u20ac60 per week for ForeignFlex employees working at Picnic. The allowance is granted when working a minimum of 36 hours per week (Monday to Sunday), excluding periods of illness. It will not be paid in cases of unexcused absence, failure to report absence according to the applicable procedures, or when taking vacation for an entire week. This temporary incentive is valid from 20 July to 18 October.<\/li>\n
        • Commuting to and from work<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Health insurance<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Assistance from a coordinator throughout the entire period of employment<\/span><\/li>\n
